These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Pusy88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any product or service offered through the Pusy88 website located at https://pusy88.cam and any associated mobile applications or sub-domains.
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

A registered user profile created on the Platform that allows the holder to deposit funds, place bets, and access the full range of Pusy88 services.
Any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and who uses or intends to use the services provided by Pusy88.
Any real-money balance held within a Player's Pusy88 Account, including deposited amounts and any winnings credited to the Account.
Promotional credits or bonus amounts credited to an Account pursuant to a specific promotion, which are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Funds.
Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under Pusy88's compliance procedures before withdrawals may be processed.
Malaysian Ringgit — the primary currency of the Pusy88 Platform for all transactions conducted by Players in Malaysia.
A condition attached to Bonus Funds specifying the total value of bets that must be placed before those funds, and any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn.
To register and maintain an Account on Pusy88, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
Age Restriction: Pusy88 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement. All accounts are subject to age verification via KYC documentation. Any account found to have been registered by a player under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
When registering an Account on Pusy88, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You must update your Account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.
4.1 One Account Policy
Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the Platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Pusy88 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the oldest may be closed, and any balances within them may be forfeited.
4.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Pusy88 accepts no responsibility for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify our support team immediately.
4.3 Account Currency
All Accounts on Pusy88 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All deposits, balances, and withdrawals are displayed in MYR. Pusy88 supports deposits via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT). Currency conversion from other currencies into MYR is the responsibility of the payment provider and any applicable fees are outside Pusy88's control.
5.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit on Pusy88 is RM30 for most supported payment methods, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to separate minimums as specified on the deposit page. Pusy88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Pusy88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow may take up to 2 hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or public holidays in Malaysia.

Pusy88 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction that is suspected to be fraudulent, connected to money laundering activity, or in violation of these Terms. In such cases, Pusy88 may be required to notify the relevant authorities and freeze the Account pending investigation.
Pusy88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds, and expiry periods, which will be clearly stated at the point of the offer.
6.1 Wagering Requirements
Bonus Funds credited to your Account must meet the stated wagering requirement before they become withdrawable. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means that for every RM100 of Bonus Funds received, you must wager a total of RM2,000 before those funds can be withdrawn. Wagering contribution rates vary by game type: slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.
6.2 Bonus Abuse
Pusy88 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing low-risk or zero-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, and any form of coordinated abuse. Where bonus abuse is detected, Pusy88 reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings, reverse credited bonuses, and close the Account.
6.3 Promotion Modifications
Pusy88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any ongoing promotion may be altered if Pusy88 determines that a technical error, misuse, or unforeseen circumstance has affected its integrity.
Responsible Promotion Use: Chasing losses through bonus funds is not an effective strategy and can lead to harmful gambling behaviour. All Players are encouraged to read the full terms of any promotion before opting in.
All games offered on the Pusy88 Platform — including slot games, live dealer table games, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules which are made available to Players within each game interface or betting market.
7.1 Sports Betting
Pusy88's sportsbook covers a wide range of markets including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other international sporting events. All sports bets are accepted subject to the specific rules of the applicable market. Odds are subject to change without notice. In-play betting is offered on selected markets and all in-play wagers are final upon confirmation.
7.2 Game Outcomes
All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software and are independently audited for fairness. Pusy88 does not interfere with or manipulate game outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over extended play periods and do not guarantee any specific outcome in a single session.
7.3 Void Bets
Pusy88 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that have been cancelled, postponed without rescheduling, or where a palpable error in the odds has occurred. Void bets result in the return of the original stake to the Player's Account.
In accordance with our compliance obligations and to ensure the safety of all Players, Pusy88 requires all Account holders to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC is a mandatory prerequisite for processing withdrawal requests.

If a Player's submitted documents cannot be verified, or if the documentation reveals eligibility issues (including age under 21), Pusy88 reserves the right to suspend the Account and take appropriate action including the return of net deposits (after deduction of any winnings derived from bonus activity) in accordance with applicable law.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Pusy88 Platform. Violation of any item in this section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to relevant law enforcement agencies.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform; reverse-engineer or decompile any software used in the Platform; or frame, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Platform without prior written consent from Pusy88.
Any unauthorised use of Pusy88's intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Malaysian and international law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pusy88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform or inability to access the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Pusy88 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Pusy88 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical issues, or third-party network disruptions may cause temporary service unavailability. Pusy88 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit Pusy88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Pusy88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon closure, any remaining balance in the Account (excluding Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus activity subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to successful KYC verification and Pusy88's internal review process.
These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Pusy88 is licensed and operates. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with any local laws applicable in their own jurisdiction, including the laws of Malaysia.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved by agreement between the parties may be submitted to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under Pusy88's operating licence. Pusy88 will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or formal dispute process.
Pusy88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Pusy88 will notify registered Players via in-platform notification or by email to the address registered on the Account. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform after receiving notification of changes — or after the updated Terms have been published on this page — constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact our support team to request Account closure.
